Independent publishing. Creator-owned work.

Mojo Creative Forge is an independent creative and publishing company and the publishing home of JKLucas and Program: Ashen. It exists to shape, finish, and release work with care while keeping creative direction and ownership with the creator.

THE MEANING OF MOJO CREATIVE FORGE

Mojo

Mojo represents the unique inner power and potential each of us carries. It is discovered and developed through self-awareness, personal experience, and a deepening connection between mind, body, and spirit. It is not something granted by recognition or achievement, but something within us that we learn to understand and cultivate.

Creative

Creative describes how we explore that potential and give it expression. It includes study, artistic expression, writing and storytelling, but also the ways we learn, adapt, solve problems, and approach life with curiosity and purpose. Creativity is not limited to what we make. It is part of how we discover what is possible.

Forge

Forge represents the deliberate work of shaping potential. Through practice, reflection, and refinement, we develop both our work and ourselves. The deeper purpose is personal growth, measured less by what we acquire than by who we become.

Mojo Creative Forge

Together, the words express a belief: the potential within us takes shape through creative exploration and intentional effort. Publishing is one expression of that process, giving stories a finished form while the person behind them continues to grow.

Intention shapes potential.

PUBLISHING & CURRENT WORK

Mojo Creative Forge publishes the Ashen Program stories by JKLucas: original fiction set in the near-future world of Program: Ashen, about ordinary people who accept extraordinary responsibility and struggle with the cost of that choice.

Current releases, works in development, and free vignettes remain gathered in Stories From the Line.

CREATOR-OWNED

Your Work. Your Rights.

The work remains creator-owned. Mojo Creative Forge provides the publishing structure for JKLucas and Program: Ashen without changing authorship, creative control, or the rights held by JKLucas.

That same principle guides the way we think about publishing for other creators. Authors retain 100% ownership of their underlying intellectual property. Any publishing relationship with Mojo Creative Forge would grant only the limited rights needed to publish and distribute the agreed work.

We believe a publishing relationship should give a creator room to grow. Clear terms, transparent expenses, and an honest understanding of what we can offer belong at the beginning. If a creator eventually finds a larger opportunity, that growth is something to welcome.
